We have the flexibility to close quickly on transactions ranging from $1M – $50M consisting of one property or a portfolio of properties.

Lease Structure:

We specialize in NNN leases with lease terms ranging from one year to twenty five years.

Tenant Credit:

Madison Creek Investments considers investments in properties leased to investment grade or non-investment grade tenants.  We also look at private companies.
